At AuraGlowCo, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping times and rates.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the carrier.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions — check our website for current offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
5. Incorrect Addresses
AuraGlowCo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside your country, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. AuraGlowCo has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gabriel@auraglow.one with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.
