Return & Refund Policy – AuraGlowCo

At AuraGlowCo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition — unused and undamaged
  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gabriel@auraglow.one with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return shipping instructions.

Please note: items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by AuraGlowCo. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us at gabriel@auraglow.one.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at gabriel@auraglow.one with a photo of the defective product.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gabriel@auraglow.one so we can resolve the issue quickly.
